WordPress booking websites

Get your own booking website from $399.

Customers pick a service and a time on your site, instead of calling or sending a form. We set it up with Bookiso on a new WordPress site, or on the WordPress site you already have. Solo, staff, or a marketplace where other businesses book and you keep a commission.

The demos are the real Bookiso sites. They open in a new tab so you can click through a booking before you order.

Already on WordPress

Make your existing site the booking system

Keep the WordPress site you already have. We turn that site into your booking system, at the same package price. Customers book a service and a time there. A new site is available when you want one. A redesign of the rest of the site is quoted first.

Three ways to take bookings

Each price is the setup, in US dollars, for a new site or the WordPress site you already have. Hosting and the domain name stay yours. A redesign beyond placing the booking on your site is quoted before any extra work starts.

Included with every booking site

Basic, Staff, and Marketplace all run on Bookiso. These are part of the setup. They are not extra plugins you have to buy later.

Email templates

Transactional emails for the customer and for you. Merge tags can drop in the service, the time, and the booking reference.

WhatsApp alerts

New and updated bookings can notify the customer and the admin through the WhatsApp Business API.

Google Calendar

A confirmed booking can include a Google Calendar link, an Apple or iCal link, and an .ics file the customer can download.

One-time payment

The customer pays once for that appointment. Stripe, PayPal, or offline. A single visit does not start a subscription, and the booking status updates when the payment succeeds.

Recurring payments

Turn this on only for a service that repeats. Weekly, monthly, or daily bookings can charge on that schedule, including Stripe subscriptions. Leave it off and the service stays a one-time payment.

Dynamic booking form

Customers finish in five steps: their details, your questions, the service and any add-ons, a live date and time, then confirm and pay. The form follows the service. A haircut and a consultation can ask different questions.

Custom fields

Each service can have fields of your own choice. A short answer, a number, an email, a phone number, a longer note, or a dropdown. A color service can ask about hair length. A consultation can ask something else.

Priced add-ons

Sell extras in the same booking. The customer picks one add-on, or ticks several. Each add-on has its own price, and the total updates before they pay. This is included with the site.

Customer portal

Customers can open their bookings, look one up by reference, and cancel from the site when your rules allow it.

Reviews

A star rating after a completed booking, with moderation and a reply from the admin before it shows on the listing.

Admin calendar

A bookings list, statuses, a month view, internal notes, and a shortcode so the form can sit on any page, including Elementor.

Open a live demo

These are Bookiso’s own demos, 32 industries in total. Each link opens in a new tab. Pick the one closest to the business, and we start the site from that layout.

What the customer does

They stay on your website. They answer the questions for that service, choose any priced add-ons, pick a person when the package includes staff, and take an open time. Payment can be taken then, with Stripe, PayPal, or an offline method.

Bookiso is the booking system. It is not a one-click download. These packages are the site, set up for the business.

Questions before you order

Can you add booking to my existing WordPress site?

Yes. The same packages cover a new site and the WordPress site you already run. We make that site your booking system: your services, the dynamic form, payments, and the package you pick. A redesign of the rest of the site is quoted first.

Do I get email, WhatsApp, and Google Calendar?

Yes, on every package. Email templates use merge tags. WhatsApp alerts use the WhatsApp Business API. A confirmed booking can include a Google Calendar link, an Apple or iCal link, and an .ics download.

Can each service have its own questions and add-ons?

Yes, on every package. The booking form is dynamic. Each service can have custom fields you choose, and add-ons with their own prices. The customer can pick one extra or tick several, and the total updates before they pay.

How much does a WordPress booking website cost?

Basic is $399 for one bookable person. Staff is $599. The marketplace, with vendor bookings, your commission, and PayPal payouts, is $999. Prices are in US dollars.

What is not included?

Hosting, the domain name, and a custom design that does not start from a demo. A shop, extra marketing pages, or a different booking product is a separate quote. The $399 and $599 sites do not include vendor commission or vendor payouts.

Can more than one person take appointments?

Yes, on the $599 staff package. Each person can have their own services and open times. The $399 package is one person only.

Can other businesses sell bookings on my site?

Yes, on the $999 marketplace. Those businesses keep their own services, staff, and bookings. You set a commission, and PayPal payouts send them their share.

Can I see it working first?

Yes. Use the demo links above. They open the live Bookiso sites, including a doctor demo, a salon demo, and the full list of 32.

Do you also build other WordPress sites?

Yes. A brochure site is website development. A shop is WooCommerce development. A booking rule Bookiso does not already cover is custom plugin work, quoted before it starts.
