WordPress support for $49

$49

The $49 rate is for one defined fix: a broken layout, a plugin conflict, or one specific error you can describe. You describe the issue, we confirm it is a single contained job, and that confirmation is the scope. The flat fee includes the diagnosis and the repair when the work stays inside that job.

Examples of one contained job

  • One WordPress error you can point to, such as a white screen or a 500 error
  • A plugin or theme conflict
  • A broken layout or a mobile view that has stopped working
  • A login or admin access problem
  • A small CSS or layout adjustment
  • One WooCommerce error that is a single contained job

What happens next

  1. You describe the issue on the enquiry form.
  2. We confirm it is one contained job before work starts.
  3. That job includes the diagnosis and the repair.
  4. If the issue is larger than one fix, we stop and send a separate quote before any extra work starts.

The $49 fee does not include a new website, a new plugin, a redesign, or open-ended maintenance. Those are website, WooCommerce, and plugin projects.

Common questions

Is $49 a monthly plan?

No. It is one payment for one confirmed fix. There is no recurring fee on this offer.

What if the problem is several issues at once?

We say so before starting and send a quote for the larger job. Extra work does not begin until that quote is agreed.

What do you need from us?

A description of the one issue, and access only if the fix needs it. A screenshot helps. Access is used for that job.
